GOFAR is one of Australia's leading automatic logbook providers, designed to help users automate the tracking of their vehicle usage for tax purposes. When GOFAR initially reached out to us in 2022, they faced several critical business challenges:
To address GOFAR’s challenges, we focused on a comprehensive overhaul of their marketing strategy and execution. We developed a new messaging and positioning strategy, and identified Ideal Customer Profiles (ICPs) to target more effectively, expanded their advertising across multiple channels to diversify their marketing funnel and increase brand visibility and implemented UGC to create more relatable and engaging content that would resonate better with their audience.

The results were impressive and demonstrated the success of our multi-channel approach. We identified TikTok as a high-converting platform for GOFAR, and managed to break through that glass ceiling by doubling the purchases year-on-year and bringing the company closer to the $1M ARR milestone.
